Online Competition Entry

We can now offer online entry to our Competitions in three simple stages.

• Download and complete the entry form for the event you wish to enter.
• Select the event you require in the PayPal button, then click 'Add to cart' to take you to the PayPal checkout.

              For multiple enties change the quantity in the checkout screen and click 'update'.

• Email the entry form including the Pay pal transaction reference to patchwayjudo@yahoo.co.uk

Once your entry is accepted we will confirm via email.
